Contours quoted me $50 and $120 higher than two other local places. Unfortunately both of the other shops were booked for a solid month so I decided I wanted the work done asap and took it to Contours. I was very disappointed with the work they did. The color matching was not the same color as the rest of the car. It was slightly more orange and there were dark flecks in a few spots. The clear coat they applied was duller looking than the rest of my car as well. It was obvious where the work had been done. There were tons of bumps in the clear coat as if it was sprayed on with dust and debris in the air. There was also a very noticeable tape line where they had stopped painting. Extremely unprofessional. When I brought up these issues I was told to bring the car back in. When I took it back in I was lied to and told the tape line was from the car manufacturer. Car factories do NOT leave tape lines from their paint jobs. They needed my car over night but basically just polished and buffed some of the bumps out and did nothing else for the numerous other issues.

I needed to have a dent and scratch repaired on my 2013 Challenger and was worried about having just any shop do the repair as I also show the car, so it had to be done right. Even though it was a small dent and scratch, due to the location the whole rear quarter needed to be repainted. Of all the shops I visited, Josh was the only one who really impressed me and didn't treat me like just another routine customer and Jody went above and beyond by giving me a ride home after dropping my car off with them and was a joy to talk to. Josh did an outstanding job with the paint and decals that had to be replaced, kept my car clean and washed it before delivery. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Josh has earned my business for any future paint and body work I need done. I highly recommend Contours Auto Body.

My wife and I needed to have some bumper work done on our Ford Flex. With past experiences we will not work with anyone with out a positive review. Outstanding service, they promised and over-delivered in doing some body work on my A4 trunk. They said it would take 3 days and they finished in 2 and the trunk looked like it was never scratched/dented from the inside garage door handle coming down and scraping it good. I chose Contours Auto Body based on other reviews. This was the best choice. My SUV had severe damage and they fixed everything better than new. I love their communication! They sent me email updates with photos of the progress and answered questions. Josh and Jody are the friendliest folks to work with. I hope I never have an accident again but I would not hesitate going back. The work is beautiful. Also the car was completed very timely. I highly, highly recommend this shop over the chains. My husband and I had the best experience with Contours Auto Body Shop in March 2011. We took our minivan in for some major repairs and Josh and his team did an outstanding job! Jody was very helpful with also with follow-up to extra questions that I had. The work was done well and completed on the date stated. Jody even gave my daughter a ride back to her campus and picked her up again when ther car was ready. If necessary in the future, I will definitely go back to Contours.

I just had my Jeep in for repair at Contours. Josh and Jody were great from the first phone call I made to ask about my repair. Unlike most auto repairs that are needed due to road accidents, my Jeep was damaged off-roading in Colorado, resulting in a much different type of repair being needed than is typical. Josh was professional from the start and provided a detailed description of what needed to be done. Their communication throughout the process was great, the repairs were done in the timeframe promised, the cost was very reasonable and the job is perfect. The quality of the repairs is very impressive. Now that it's all fixed, it's time to hit the trails again and see what other fun we can get into to bring back to Josh for round two! I highly recommend Contours to anyone who needs auto body work done.

I recently had the dent in my van repaired at Contours. The staff is amazing! We had it done while out of town and they returned the car to our house for us! Outstanding customer service and they did a great job. I would definetly recommend Contours. The great thing about Contours Auto Body is that they treat you like family. As soon as I walked into the shop they got to know me and took the time to get to know my daughter. They fixed my bumper and door dings in my wife's SUV and made it look like new again. They did excellent work on it and I will never go to any other body shop now.

After a lady hit my car and her insurance company sent me a check, I was quite leary of where to bring my car to be repaired. I chose Contours and couldn't be more satisfied. They arranged a rent-a-car, negotiated with the insurance company, and did a great job with the repair. It was wonderful for this stress to be removed from me.
