Wow! What nice people! I grew up in Phoenix and this is how service used to be. I walked in, they greeted me and asked me what I needed. My regulator was fixed Within15 minutes. Very reasonable. My go to place for repairs.👍

Great experience today

I am a new customer. I make jewelry and needed a repair on my fuel regulator. The acetylene regulator on my Smith Little Torch system was behaving badly. I took it in to Brown's today and they recalibrated it in a matter of minutes and said "no charge". Wow! That was easy. When I got home, I hooked everything up and the regulator is working fine again. Unfortunately, I have a leak now that I can't seem to solve on my own so I'm going to try taking my whole system to Brown's again tomorrow to see if they can tighten things up. Being a 55-yr old woman, I don't always have enough strength to tighten up connections myself -- it seems to require more muscle than I have. I'm confident they can get things working for me again. Brown's came highly recommended by a welding supply store I called earlier today.Be aware.. they don't accept credit or debit cards, so bring cash or a check. Thankfully they didn't charge me today because I didn't know ahead of time about the need to bring cash or check.
